Two years back, it diversified from packaging to auto components where they are supplying to many clients replacing conventional woods with patented Pioneer Wonder Boards

Pioneer has all the modern manufacturing facility in place. The facility has 4 lines of advanced PP extrusion Machines and 4 Bubble extrusions that is capable to fulfill the current needs.
Fabrication Facility
Our strong infrastructure includes a team of highly qualified engineers, the most advanced software such as CATIA and SOLIDWORKS, with cutting machines. The fabrication facility is also armed with auto-gumming, hot-air pasting and sealing machines, Digital printing etc.

In addition to the array of existing machines, we have acquired an ultra modern, loaded with tech, the "ESKO CUTTING MACHINE” that helps in providing improved performance in our production process. the most advanced auto cutting machine from ESKO with cutting capacity of sheets of up to 2.5 x 5.5 mtr.
This advanced machinery ensures precision in every cut, resulting in products that are consistent in quality and design. Our investment in such high-end machinery underscores our dedication to delivering only the best to our customers.
